Possible leak in the 12^th filing, set up timer for 1^st well. Possible problem with one of the vacation homes, can’t keep levels up for usage. Need manual for electrical at pump house. Need to install air gap. Sewer plans sent to the engineer.

OLD BUSINESS

Hoe: left deposit of $3000.00. Checking oil samples, offered $21,670.00 delivered. If we purchase balance would be $18,670.00. Savings over original quote of $22900.00 to invest in extra bucket hookup 30” to large for most applications. Employee status: Can justify having only water and sewer employee. See attached. Good information for the future concerns with winter house water qualifications and testing requirements. Tabled for other issues. Budget increase discussion tabled until after budget meeting. Keith motioned to approve the rules committee charter and membership Attatched is my resignation as Chairman of the Records and Information
