CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. and a quorum was established.  Everyone was present except Gene Watt who had an excused absence.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:  No Committee reports were presented.

 

OLD BUSINESS:

General Liability Insurance:  There is no pending quote for Water and Sewer General Liability insurance at this time.

Water Issues 12th Filing: The S.I.A. management group has elected to continue exploring for additional water reserves within the 12th filing.  If production is found outside of the existing treatment pipeline parameters, the feasibility of treatment on site and trucking to storage facilities will be evaluated.

Water Truck Purchase: The Board members held discussion on the purchase of a water truck.

Frank Winter moved to expend the current capital allocation of $12,500 and additional expenditure of up to $23,00 for capitol 001 for the purchase of a 2x4 water truck.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

Water Lease-Red Feather Storage and Irrigation Company: The Board discussed leasing residual water shares for the 2003-2004 season, they elected not to lease water shares to the outside for use at this time.

Status of deep-bury 2003-2004: The manager discussed the progress on deep-bury projects to date, and informed the Board of the current cost @$60,000 for 002, and the budget category of corridor supplies will be 50% over for 2003-2004 as stock has been refitted for poly and brass compression supply.

CPU Upgrade: The upgrade is estimated @$1,250.00 split between both Associations, and includes a totally new mainframe and backup system.
