Jerry Eubanks called to order.

AMEND AGENDA:

Add item #3: W&S Response to Management Audit.

REVIEW MEETING MINUTES DATED JANUARY 16^th, 2002:

Minutes were amended : Jerry Eubanks to contact Jerry Ryan and assess the best interests of the association in regards to his medical leave.

Jerry Eubanks moved to accept minutes as amended, Jerry Eubanks to contact Jerry Ryan and assess the best interests of the association. Unanimous.

Keith Weeks moved to accept the W&S Budget Committee Charter as presented (enclosed). Unanimous.

Jerry Eubanks nominated Keith Weeks as Chair of Budget 2002-2003. Unanimous.

Jerry Eubanks moved to accept the Charter of the Past Presidents Advisory Committee as amended (enclosed). Unanimous.

Alinea Coy moved to supplement the delinquent W&S account policy to read: increase the late penalty to $15.00 per month for dues, or any monetary balance in arrears other than community system charges. Unanimous.

Mr. Jerry Eubanks announced he has sold his G.V.M. property and therefore offered his resignation. The Board thanked Jerry Eubanks for his efforts and input to date, and reluctantly accepted his resignation.
