CALL TO ORDER:

Jerry Ryan called the meeting to order at 10:07 a.m. and a quorum was established.

AMEND AGENDA: No amendments

NEW BUSINESS:

    1. Budget Committee Proposal: After a thorough review of the Budget proposal for 2005-2006 the Board conducted the following business.
      1. Gene Watt motioned to increase W&S by 3% for all lots including commercial and special members. Unanimous-motion passed
      2. Frank Winters motioned to increase charge for water delivery from $25.00 to $40.00 for each 500 gallons delivered. Unanimous-motion passed.
      3. Frank Winters motioned to begin charging members for hauling water from community hydrants. $20.00 punch cards with 4 punches. Each punch is worth up to 500 gallons. No charge for fill of 50 gallons or less. Unanimous passed.
      4. Gene Watt motioned to transfer $80,000 from the 001 Administration budget to the 002 Community System budget to go toward the 8th filing leach field project. This will be considered a loan to be repaid. A paper trail will be created to show this debt. Unanimous-motion passed.
      5. Frank Winter motioned to increase Water & Sewer availability fees by 10% for filings 3,4,7,8,9 and 12. Unanimous-motion passed.
