Water and Sewer Association Financial Information
Previously baffling economic and financial information is made understandable and interesting to people in general.
Quarterly and year-to-date figures for the reporting period are made available. Management's discussion and analysis of its business along with the company's audited
financial statements for the year are reviewed and considered.
Income statements show the Associations' recorded revenue and expenses over the past year, and annual reports for previous years are considered for comparison purposes
as well as charting a longer-term budget history.
The budgets and the long-term budget plans are presented via management to property owners via the annual Glacier View Point prior to the Annual Meeting.
