CALL TO ORDER:

Bob Naftzger called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.  All were present except for Lynn Johnson, Tom Hackman and Larry Peterson who were excused.

This is a continuance of the executive session dated October 20^th, 2004.

Subjects of discussion:

Adjusted administrative structure, manager requirements, computer replacement, ARC Committee situation.
