CALL TO ORDER:

Meeting was called to order at 8:20 a.m. Quorum was established.

AMEND AGENDA:

The agenda was amended to add: New Business Item C; Fish Stocking.

OLD BUSINESS:

The Water and Sewer Board has allocated up to one acre foot of water from Batterson Lake only, for a water truck to be used by November 1, 2002.

NEW BUSINESS:

Larry Peterson moved to accept all current individual Road & Recreation Committee charters as submitted and on file – Unanimous. Gary Stanton moved to accept the fishing report (enclosed) from Frank McCormick-Unanimous. All previous regulations were reaffirmed, and rates were made consistent at $20.00 for an adult 5 day pass, $5.00 for a kids 5 day pass (16 yrs and under) and $5.00 for an adult day pass. There is no annual guest pass. Discussion was held on future road maintenance. Gary Stanton offered to set up a meeting with Bill Heiden for a road consultation before expending funds on a water truck and roller. The Board elected not to stock fish for the Labor Day weekend due to low water levels and high temperatures.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

The Board adjourned into executive session at 8:42 a.m. to discuss trash abuse. The meeting was called back to order at 9:05 a.m. No decisions were made in the executive session.
