REVIEW MINUTES DATED: February 21,
2004:
Tom Hackman moved to approve the
minutes dated 2/21/04 as submitted. Unanimous
motion passed.
TREASURERS REPORT: (See enclosed)
Tom Hackman gave a synopsis of the
financials. He stated that everything looks
good. He asked the Manager to comment on the
$28,549.00 figure that is over budget. Kent
reiterated that this money was spent to continue road maintenance that the Board elected
for in a previous meeting. The report was
approved by consensus.
MANAGERS REPORT: (Enclosed)
Kent stated that no one wants to
insure homeowners associations. Road and
Recreation is able to get a quote, but due to the presence of dams, insurance companies
will not give a quote for the Water and Sewer Association.
The carpet was steam cleaned in the office and unfortunately some stains are
permanent and will not come clean. The
Glacier Gals were publicly thanked for their $250.00 contribution to the carpet cleaning. The slash pile will be closing at Gate 3 and will
relocate to the site on Parnassus Court. The
location at Gate 3 is getting too large. Kent
reported on estimates for the outhouse at Crellin Lake.
He figured that one could be constructed of wood and have two holes one for men and
one for women. The Board decided it would
look at it at budget time. The Managers
Report was approved by consensus.
PUBLIC INPUT: Diane Morison stated that the article she e-mailed
to the Viewpoint editor was not in the latest Viewpoint.
Betsy Hackman said that she would follow up with the editor and find out what
happened to the article. She also suggested
that submissions be e-mailed to the office as well to insure that the articles get
published.
