CALL TO ORDER:

Merle Niehaus called to order. Quorum established.

REVIEW OF MEETING MINUTES DATED JANUARY 19^TH, 2002:

Gus Ekyholt moved to approve as written. Motion passed, Marilyn Buhrman and Gary Stanton abstained.

The Board announced Marilyn Burhman has been unanimously appointed to fill the chair vacated by Jack Reynolds resignation (see enclosed document).

Gus Ekyholt moved to accept the Recreation Committee’s Charter and Chair (Dianne Morison) as submitted (enclosed). Unanimous.

Gus Eykholt moved to accept the revised (Feb. 2002) Charter and Chair (Harry Corwin) of the Ecology Committee (enclosed). Unanimous.

Gus Eykholt moved to accept the R&R Budget Committee Charter and Chair as submitted (Mike Schutte). Unanimous.

Gus Eykholt moved to accept The Past Presidents Charter and Chair in perpetuity will always be the current President of R&R. Unanimous.

Mr. Roger Sharpe was named and accepted as interim Chair of the A.R.C., new Charter pending submittal. Monthly report submitted and accepted.

Gus Eykholt moved to validate all officers positions elected and designated per the June 01 annual meeting. Unanimous.

Chuck Huddelson moved to nominate Merle Niehaus as President. Unanimous.

Gus Eykholt moved to nominate Marilyn Burhman as Vice-President. Unanimous.
